2. Purpose and acceptance

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the keda.social website, an informational portal announcing the launch of the KEDA app and allowing visitors to join its waiting list. Accessing the website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the conditions set out here.

This Legal Notice governs the keda.social website only. It does not govern the KEDA app, which has its own Terms and Conditions and its own Community Guidelines, nor the corporate website of ON PROJECT LABS (onprojectlabs.com), which has its own Legal Notice. The processing of personal data through this website is governed separately by the keda.social Privacy and Cookies Policy.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of the website (texts, images, graphic design, source code, the "KEDA" trade mark and other logos and distinctive signs), as well as the software and know-how used in its development, are owned by ON PROJECT LABS, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use going beyond private use of the contents of the website is prohibited without the prior written consent of ON PROJECT LABS, S.L.

4. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the website, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, generally accepted standards of conduct and public order. The following uses are expressly prohibited, among others:

  • Introducing, storing or distributing through the website any programs, viruses or other computer systems capable of causing damage to the systems of ON PROJECT LABS, S.L. or of third parties.

  • Using the waiting-list form to provide contact details that are not your own, or to register email addresses without the consent of their holder.

  • Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to complete the waiting-list form or to extract content from the website in bulk (scraping).

  • Using the website to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).

5. Liability

ON PROJECT LABS, S.L. does not guarantee the availability, continuity or infallibility of the operation of the website, and is not liable for damages of any kind that may arise from the website being unavailable or discontinued, nor for damages caused by improper use of the website by the user.

The user shall be liable for damages of any kind that ON PROJECT LABS, S.L. may suffer as a result of a breach of the obligations to which the user is subject under this Legal Notice, including the legal defence costs the company may incur as a result of such breach.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, including the Apple and Google app stores once the KEDA app is available. ON PROJECT LABS, S.L. accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites, access to which is subject to the conditions established by their own owners.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, ON PROJECT LABS, S.L. and the user submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the applicable rules, without prejudice to any mandatory forum that may apply to consumers. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may turn to the national alternative dispute resolution bodies for consumer disputes (in Spain, the Consumer Arbitration Boards), whose directory is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu, before going to court.

8. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data collected through this website, including commercial communications about the launch of KEDA and related news, is governed by the keda.social Privacy and Cookies Policy, available on the website itself.
